Burger King's parent company says it is unable to close its 800 restaurants in Russia because its independent operator there refuses.

The British Department of Defense released a report stating that the Russian military is suffering from logistical issues, hampering its ability to conduct ground and air maneuvers in Ukraine.The report states that these problems significantly reduce Russia's capacity to deliver essential materials such as food and fuel to its forces. In addition, it is alleges that Ukraine is constantly carrying out attacks forcing Russia to move large numbers of troops to protect supply lines.
