Al-Mayadeen reported that Mohammed Dahroj, a senior official in the Al-Jama'ah Al-Islamiyah organization was eliminated in an airstrike on the Bekaa Valley.

<p>Following the situational assessment, the IDF has decided that as of this evening (Sunday), changes will be made to the Home Front Command’s defensive guidelines.</p><p>As part of the changes, it was decided to ease restrictions in the areas of HaMifratz (excluding the Krayot), and Daliyat al-Karmel and Isfiya in the Carmel area. The activity scale has changed from limited to partial, meaning educational activities can be held in a place from which a standard protected space can be reached within the time available to reach shelter. Additionally, gatherings of up to 30 people can be held outdoors and up to 300 people indoors.</p><p>The IDF emphasized that the instructions published on the official Home Front Command channels must be followed.
